Must have
Bachelors degree in information technology or related field
5+ years of experience in of experience in Business Analysis within CRM/Digital/Salesforce ecosystems.
Experience in software development lifecycle (SLC).
Experience with Salesforce platforms, service cloud preferred
Experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connectors with SFDC.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system workflows, processes, profiles and permissions
Expertise in requirements gathering and prioritization.
Experience with integrations and cloud-based business applications.
Proven track record in delivering Salesforce.com marketing related projects within large transformation programs, working with websites/portals, APIs/integrations, Micro-services architectures, data platforms and data lakes.
Experience working with multicultural teams in medium/large transformation programs.
Prior experience in or with consumer goods and/or health care companies.
Experience managing Google Analytics and Facebook tagging.
Strong communication and influence skills, logical thinking, good leadership and management skills, decision making and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrates curiosity and proactivity, with the ability to ask the right questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of priorities and anticipate potential risks.
Highly structured, solution-oriented
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership, senior technologists, and project managers to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results

Hands-on experience with the Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales & Service Cloud.
Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst within the LATAM Commercial Technology team, you will play a key role in enabling world-class digital and CRM solutions that support our commercial operations. This position focuses on ensuring seamless integration and optimization of platforms that drive consumer engagement across the region.
You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, validating UX/UI, and supporting configuration and testing activities to ensure successful delivery of CRM and digital solutions.
You will work closely with marketing teams, IT, and external agencies to implement consumer journeys, SEO strategies including tagging (Facebook and GA/GTM), while ensuring compliance with data governance and cybersecurity standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Own the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Ensure all requirements follow the demand management process and align with LATAM governance standards, including Software Lifecycle Management (SLC)
Create detailed functional specifications and business process flows that accurately reflect business needs and technical feasibility
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, BRMs and technical teams.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to support design activities within Salesforce, coupon management systems.
Ensure seamless integration between platforms and compliance with data governance and security standards
Validate user interface designs and user experience proposals, ensuring alignment with usability best practices and business objectives.
Prepare and review test cases, coordinate defect resolution, and validate final deployments.
Oversee Unit testing ensuring it is properly completed.
Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure robust solutions are delivered.
Collaborate with solution integrators, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Ensure appropriate communication of project progress, changes, risks management, next steps and milestones to the BRMs
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process automation.
Support the development of a 3 year strategic roadmaps identifying new proposals (initiatives including requirements definition, business impact and financials)
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines
Promote sustainability and scalability of solutions across LATAM.
Release versioning prioritization per business needs.
Gain and keep a good understanding of business strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends in the business and technology.
Ensure understanding of proper best practices, standards and guidelines that apply to the business.
Assist the business during the tracking of benefits after projects implementation.
