Key Responsibilities

• Support tasks related to regulatory authority communications, including preparing reports and assisting with submissions to the Financial Services Agency (FSA).
• Assist in the operations of Compliance and AML Committees, including agenda preparation, supporting cross-department compliance inquiries, and aiding AML approval workflows during transactions.
• Maintain and update internal compliance policies, rules, and procedures, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Assist the CCO in planning, operating, and delivering internal compliance and AML training, including acting as a presenter when needed.
• Prepare and deliver reports for head office and branch offices, covering compliance and AML matters for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in banking, securities, insurance, or related financial services roles
• Experience in environments requiring high compliance awareness

Soft Skills:

• High ethical standards and strong compliance mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Legal academic background preferred for potential hires

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent to Native level
• English or Chinese: Conversational to Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with internal controls or risk management
• Ability to coordinate with global teams
