Overview

2nd Swing Golf is looking for an experienced Fitting Manager to lead our Dallas team of Tour Level Club Fitters and grow our business. Great Managers excel at leading, and developing their people in order to create first in class customer experience and fostering a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will also be motivated and skilled at developing relationships with customers and the broader golf community on behalf of 2nd Swing.

Great Managers excel at managing their people, working with customers, and executing the processes efficiently. They will excel at communicating clear direction to team members that drive operational excellence. They will have the ability to maintain a strong presence to guarantee success in meeting all goals and metrics.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a golf retail environment
• Minimum of 5 years expereince as a certified Club Fitter
• Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
• Superior knowledge of current issue golf equipment with an ability to engage 'top of the pyramid' golfer
• Superior customer service and people skills.
• Ability to delegate priorities to the team
• Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work
