Your new role

• Support the origination and execution of debt capital markets transactions, with a focus on bond issuance and distribution.
• Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and pricing analyses to support client engagement and deal execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams on due diligence, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Manage client communications and ensure smooth execution of live transactions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DCM execution, with strong exposure to bond markets.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with solid accounting and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English, with a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
