We are seeking a Customer Marketing & Retention Campaign Specialist to own ongoing customer communication programs focused on engagement, service awareness, referrals, and upgrades.
This role is perfect for a marketer who excels in email strategy, campaign execution, content repurposing, and retention-focused messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Execute ongoing email and customer communication campaigns
Build segmented outreach for current, former, and high-value customer groups
Support program launches and promotional campaigns
Repurpose educational and multimedia content into newsletters and nurture streams
Drive awareness of products, services, and customer events
Partner with support and communications teams on message development
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for retention and conversion
Maintain consistent messaging across email, app, and customer touchpoints
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience in retention, lifecycle, or customer marketing
Strong campaign execution and copywriting background
Familiarity with Marketo or similar automation platforms
Experience building segmented lists and managing customer journeys
Strong project management and deadline management skills
Data-driven approach to optimization and campaign ROI
