Role Summary

A strategic Chief of Staff role for a large Transmission and Distribution infrastructure project in Africa, requiring extensive coordination across multiple complex work streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and interface between engineering, financial, commercial, social, political, and regional geopolitical work streams

• Ensure smooth progression of project development stages

• Liaise with governmental stakeholders

• Manage complex interdepartmental project communications

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing infrastructure projects in Africa

• Proven ability to manage multi-dimensional project environments

• Strong strategic coordination skills

• Ability to navigate complex governmental and geopolitical landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

• Portuguese language skills

• Extensive travel experience in Mozambique

Location & Work Mode

Requires extensive travel to Mozambique, with a hybrid work arrangement supporting project development needs.
