The Opportunity:

Business Analyst with strong communications skills that will work hand in hand with our PO to do analysis on business requirements regarding analytics solutions and translate those needs to our team. The go-to person for the team, QAs and PO regarding features and new projects in the analytics portafolio of solutions enterprise-wise.

Your Responsibilities:

• Designs the technical specifications and requirements for development.
• Provide Product Owner support by helping in the analysis of the business domain
• Translates the business requirements to the team, making sure the goal is clear to the Analytics teams.
• Create User Stories/Report Design/Requirements that will become the input for the work done by the team.
• Assist in stocking and grooming the product backlog.
• The go to person for the team for use cases/feature implementation related items.
• Keeps abreast of technology trends in the market and brings perspectives with Product/Technical owner.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English level.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical members
• Ability to analyze data and validate variances, like data profiling.
• Basic SQL writing skills, for data exploration.
• Exp. as data analyst for BI solutions, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
• Agile / Scrum experience and ability to write user stories
• Desirable, use of AI tools to generate documentation or create AI friendly documentation that our developers and QAs can use in their tasks.
