Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insuranceComfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)Passion for working with children (experience preferred)Bilingual skills are a plusPhysical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with childrenWhat You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
