Position Summary:
Job Summary: The Associate Program Manager, as a member of the program management team, will have primary responsibilities of supporting Program Managers with evaluating and managing leads delivered from SPS Commerce Retail Partners, working to drive maximum adoption per partner. The candidate will be considered the subject matter expert on trading partner on-boarding best practices and act as the key Program Manager support contact for new Retail Partner Enablement Programs.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
Act as main support to the Program Manager in executing on strategies and tactics, activities, and materials for the purpose of conveying the customer's message to their community and driving maximum adoption within program timeline
Begin draft of communication materials internally and externally in partnership and support of the Program Manager
Partner with the program manager to develop and create training for sales team to execute on trading partner outreach
Attend internal and external customer meetings where appropriate intermittently facilitating external customer meetings on Zoom
Set-up and manage support communication channels, shared drives, and tools for program execution
Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to understand dependencies and adjust outreach approach and campaign timelines accordingly
Meet or exceed campaign adoption rate targets; manage to all KPIs Program Manager is expected to meet
Schedule and facilitate weekly program syncs with Program Managers and the internal program support team.
Manage calendar invites with customer for program communications and key milestones
Ensure alignment throughout the program as strategy evolves and shifts by updating templates and decks in collaboration and partnership with the Program Manager
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PLUS 1 - 3 years relevant experience
Proven ability to handle multiple projects with an ability to prioritize while focusing on quality and detail
Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written), able to facilitate communications and problem resolution internally and externally
Preferred Experience
- Expert level Excel skills
Salesforce, web analysis and reporting tools
Retail experience
Basic knowledge of internet-based software products and services
Location:
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our US MN Minneapolis office.
What We Offer:
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The hourly pay range for this role is: $58,900 to $70,000 Annual. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
