Annual Fund Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Annual Fund Manager to lead and manage our annual fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that engage donors and maximize contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the annual fund campaign to meet or exceed fundraising goals.
Identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
Manage Raiser’s Edge donor database and ensure accurate tracking of contributions and donor information.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
Plan and coordinate fundraising events and activities related to the annual fund.
Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and donor engagement for senior leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

$75,000-$85,000, Commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably managing annual fund campaigns.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with donor management software Raiser’s Edge, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
