Senior Machinist I (2 Positions)

Full-Time | 2nd Shift
$29-$31/hr + incentive & shift differential

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate manual & CNC lathes and mills
• Load CNC programs and secure tooling/work pieces
• Read blueprints, tooling instructions, and specifications
• Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Complete inspection reports and required documentation
• Maintain high quality and labor efficiency standards

Qualifications:

• 2-8 years machining experience (CNC required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Safety-focused mindset

CNC Machinist / Programmer LFM (1 Position)

Full-Time | 2nd Shift
$29-$33/hr + incentive & shift differential

Responsibilities Include:

• Create and write CNC programs (CAM and machine programming)
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Design and build fixtures and holding devices
• Read complex blueprints and determine sequence of operations
• Verify conformance to specifications
• Maintain production records and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years CNC setup and programming experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and safety

SMT Operator I (2 Positions)

Full-Time | 2nd Shift
$20-$23/hr + incentive & shift differential

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate selective solder, conformal coating & wave solder equipment
• Make minor program adjustments to ensure quality
• Attend IPC certification training
• Maintain production records
• Assist with troubleshooting and rework
• Perform inventory cycle counts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years SMT manufacturing experience
• Working computer knowledge
• Mechanical & electronic aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; stand/walk for long periods
