Our Global AgInvesting team specializes in producing agriculture investment events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), webinars, and media. Since 2009, we have produced over 45 events in North America, Europe, and Asia connecting leading institutional investors with seasoned asset managers and providing the sector with critical knowledge on the latest trends, challenges and best practices. We pride ourselves in creating high-end event experiences favorable for conducting business. Our conferences are considered “must-attend” events to excel in the agriculture investment sector.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Communications and Event Coordinator to join our Global AgInvesting team in planning and executing successful events and media products. S/he will work on varied tasks throughout the process to include: marketing, website management, attendee communications, mobile app / virtual platform management, and more.

Our team is small and we work together as a unit. Each role has unique responsibilities and areas of expertise, but producing high-quality events requires close collaboration. We are looking for a creative and hardworking individual to work with our team. 



Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

This role will provide support with:

  • Managing email communications and customer support for event attendees and potential customers.
  • Maintaining event websites and registration systems
  • Managing the event mobile app for in person events, the virtual platform for virtual events, and both for hybrid events
  • Creating graphics and writing content for marketing emails 
  • Creating content and posting to social media
  • Collecting, organizing and creating digital content such as presentation materials for use during events
  • Research on potential vendors, service providers, etc.
  • Onsite and/or online event management during events in one or both of the following areas:
    • Content production: Coordinating AV providers, speakers and digital content such as presentation materials
    • Registration: Managing the event check-in process and providing customer support as needed
